With his leadership, the company grew from an $800M So-Cal company into a $5B market disrupting global powerhouse.  With a proven track record of inspiring consumers through compelling storytelling, it’s obvious that Griffin is obsessed with the consumer and their journey on the path to purchase with the goal to drive demand as well as new member acquisition and retention.
